Why You Need To Be Negative

I was interviewed the other week and was asked if it is better to ignore the negative, the bad stuff that is going on in the world right now, and just focus on the positive, the good stuff.

Just be all love and light.

My answer was very much a NO.

Ignoring the negative is a threat to your leading a happy, healthy, enchanted life.

Actually, ignoring the negative is a threat to you, your family, your friends, everyone.

You absolutely need to be “negative” sometimes.

And in fact, looking at the negative can be inspirational and can lead to your living a happier, healthier, and more enchanted life.
