Mike used to say to me constantly “Stop and smell the roses.”
“Are you kidding? I’m far too busy for that.” is what I used to say to myself. And, frankly, Mike telling me this over and over was annoying.
I’m laughing as I write this. This is really who I was. I had chronic busy sickness.
Well I’m totally cured from that and now I’m always stopping to smell the roses. I’m in awe of the beauty and exquisiteness all around – everywhere.
